Are you new to Pilates or looking for an elevated experience? I'll work with you individually, providing clear explanations and feedback for each exercise. This ensures you feel comfortable and get the most out of your practice.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Community and Accountability
Looking to deepen your practice or share your love of Pilates with others? Sessions provide a motivating environment for 2-3 people to practice together with my observation and encouragement.

A minimum of 3 private sessions is required to establish a strong foundation, or prior approval based on your experience level.
  • Single session: $60/person
  • 5 pack: $250/person
  • 10 pack: $450/person (for clients who come twice weekly)

WHAT TO EXPECT

The goal
If you've never done Pilates before, you're in good hands! Your first session is all about you trying Pilates and for me to assess your movement patterns. I work with you to create the best program for your goals.
Before we start
There's a dedicated space to place your belongings and remove your shoes and socks. Wipes are provided if you'd like to freshen your feet before you begin.

This is your time to focus on yourself! Please silence and put away your phone.

The workout
I'll clearly explain each exercise, offering gentle guidance or adjustments to ensure you maintain proper form. It's okay if you don't feel something right away, especially if you're just starting. I was there too!
You might use different equipment like the reformer and mat to target different connections to your body. Pilates is more than stretching and you may break a sweat. Towels are on hand for your convenience.
